This program is based on squatting daily. As you progress, you can add more sets or decrease sets. For me, I work with 50kgs for 8-10 reps, so I just round up to 100kgs as my max weight. Select two build-up weights to get to that weight. For me, at 120kgs, I choose 60kgs and 80kg. Do 3 total sets of goblet squats or bodyweight squats. You will do 6 total sets.
